Yes. We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

All sales are considered final. Each silicone baby is presented with detailed photographs, videos, and a complete description before purchase, allowing collectors to make an informed decision. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse. This policy applies to both ready-to-adopt babies and personalized products. Exceptions may be considered only in documented cases involving verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by clear photographs or other relevant evidence.
